Cancellations

If you’re about to cancel a previously made booking you should contact the owner/manager directly via the phone or email. The cancellation procedure varies from owner to owner, but normally all cancellation policies should be listed in your rental agreement with the holiday home owner/manager.Please note that HolidayStaying.com does not intermediate in the booking or cancellation process, so we can only provide advice and suggestions. The cancellation process will go strictly between you and the holiday home owner/manager.

To avoid any unnecessary confusion we strongly suggest including the cancellation policy and possible penalties in your rental agreement (contract) with the holiday home owner/manager..
