Making an enquiry/Contacting the owner

You can make an enquiry to the holiday home owner/manager by using the contact form in the section “Contact Owner” on any holiday home page.After you type in the required information click the SEND button to send an email enquiry to the property owner/manager. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
Please leave up to 48-72 hours (2 – 3 working days) for holiday home owner/manager to reply to your enquiry. We encourage all owners to reply as quickly as possible.
If the owner/manager did not reply to your enquiry, we suggest contacting the owner by telephone. You can find the owner’s phone number (or multiple numbers) under “Contact info for property #” located on the bottom of each holiday home page. Please mention HolidayStaying.com when calling the property owner to avoid any confusion.
