Deposits

Very often the holiday home owner will require a small deposit in order to confirm your booking. Do not worry, this is a usual procedure that we encourage and support. This amount is used to cover all the unexpended expenses –broken door, lamps, lost keys and similar accidents. We suggest including the deposit details and policies in a rental contract/agreement – signed by both parties (holiday maker and holiday home owner or manager). Do not hesitate to ask the owner/manager for additional deposit details or information.
