Refunds
To avoid any potential problems be sure to include the refunds policy in the rental agreement between you and the property owner. How and when the refunds will be transferred depends on what you’ve agreed with the owner. The owner should provide you with all the necessary information regarding refunds, but if that’s not the case do not hesitate to ask for further details and guarantees from the property owner.
