Renting a property on HolidayStaying.com

The easiest way to rent a property is by contacting the holiday home owner/manager! When you find a holiday home that you’re interested in, send an email enquiry via our “Contact owner” form available on every holiday home page. After you send the enquiry, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Alternatively you can contact the owner/manager via the phone number available under “Contact information for property #”. If you’re contacting the owner/manager by phone, please mention HolidayStaying.com to avoid any unnecessary confusion.Prior to contacting the owner, be sure to check the Availability Calendar and Renting Rates to see if the property is available for rent and at what rental rates/prices. Be careful about different currencies!Rental rates could be displayed in Euro (EUR/€) , British Pound (GBP/E) or US Dollar (USD/$).

When you agree to make booking with the owner/manager, we advise you to sign a rental agreement/contract containing all the necessary renting information and conditions (including check in, check out hours, payment details, cancellation policy, deposits…).The contract should be signed by both parties. Do not hesitate to request a signing of such contract from the owner/manager – rental contract ensures you will have legal and financial protection in case of any problems or disputes.Please note that HolidayStaying.com is just an advertising website, not an agent or travel agency. All bookings are done independently between the holiday maker and the holiday home owner/manager.
