Listing re-activation (listing expiration)

When your holiday home listing expires, you’ll need to pay the yearly advertising fee again to have it reactivated. This also refers to other extra advertising services purchased (Featured Listing, Selected Property, Golf & Ski directories and others).

When your holiday home listing expires you will receive an email notification.

You can check the expiration date for any active advertising package in your member’s area on the right side of the main page screen in the PACKAGES information box.

Reactivation guide:

Find the holiday home listing you wish to re-activate. Click the Edit button. Go to the “Payment” page. Select the 1 year listing package and proceed to the checkout page. After the payment is made and verified we will (re)activate your listing. Please note that it can take up 3 business days for us to review and activate your holiday home listing, but we usually activate it within the first 24 hours.

The same process works for expired extra advertising packages.
