Rental rates - how to setup, edit and delete

You can setup your rate card on the “Rates” page when editing/creating a holiday home listing. You can set:

Start date/End date

Nightly price – rental price per night

Nightly weekend price – weekend rental price per night

Weekly price – weekly rental price

Period – period name (Summer 2009, Spring rates, Special WINTER offer…)

Minimum stay – the minimum number of days/weeks you wish to accept rentals for.

When setting rental rates please use alphanumeric characters only ( 123456790) –Please do not enter currency symbols or letters as they will be automatically added by our system! If you wish to change your currency, you can do that on the “Overview” page at any time.

If you decide to delete a rate, find the appropriate rate on the rate table and click the DELETE button located on the far right under OPTIONS.

Please be very careful when deleting a rate, you could loose valuable bookings or booking requests if you have no rates setup.ecessary confusion we have a strict policy in place against false or misguided information.
